Dr. Raed Tayyem has over 20 years of experience as a consultant general, bariatric and laparoscopic surgeon. He graduated from the University of Scotland where he obtained his Master in Surgery degree. He worked in various hospitals and universities in Jordan including Prince Hamzah Hospital and Hashemite University as an assistant professor in surgery.
Dr. Tayyem has special interest in performing various bariatric surgeries including sleeve, band and bypass, oncology surgery including bowel, stomach and breast cancer, endocrine surgery and general surgery including hernia, gallbladder and piles.
